What is it?
The Munsell Street Project affordable housing program is located at ______ Binghamton, New York. The building features a total of five units: four one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit. One of the one-bedroom units is designed to be mobility accessible.
Applications will be accepted on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Tenant incomes will be verified at the time of initial occupancy and annually thereafter. Rents are set according to the HOME program's established high and low rent limits, which are currently $646 for a one-bedroom unit (including utilities) and $781 for a two-bedroom unit (also including utilities).
Who is it for?
Eligible applicants must have a total household income that falls below 80% AMI.
