It is provided for general informational purposes only.

This Website Is Not for Emergencies

Do not use this website to report an emergency or to seek urgent help. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. For urgent help finding food, shelter, or other essentials, dial 211 or contact one of our offices directly during business hours. Program Information Is Not a Guarantee of Services

The descriptions of programs, services, eligibility criteria, and community resources on this website are general summaries provided for your convenience. They are not an offer of assistance, a promise of enrollment, or a determination of your eligibility. Eligibility for any program is determined by our staff in accordance with the rules of the funding source for that program, the documentation you provide, and the funds available at the time you apply. Program requirements, funding levels, hours, locations, and availability change, and information on this website may not always reflect the most current details. Nothing on this website is legal, financial, medical, housing, or other professional advice.

Applications and Other Forms You Submit

When you submit an application or another form through this website, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you will tell us promptly if it changes;
  • You are submitting the form for yourself, or on behalf of a household member or another person with that person's knowledge and permission;
  • Submitting a form starts a conversation — it does not by itself enroll you in a program, reserve funds, or create any obligation on our part to provide assistance;
  • We may contact you by phone, email, or mail about your submission, and may ask you for documents before we can act on it; and
  • The information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Providing false or misleading information in an application for benefits or assistance may make you ineligible for a program and may carry consequences under the rules of the funding source or under law.
